Whats the latest I can place an order and receive same-day shipping?

Lifecare Technology, Inc. offers same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time.  Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next day.


How will I know if an item is on backorder?

When we receive your order and it is pulled, if there is an item that is on backorder we will send you an e-mail of all products on backorder and an estimated date of delivery.

Are there any minimum order requirements?

No. Lifecare Technology, Inc. does not have any minimum orders, providing you just-in-time inventory solutions.

What products does Lifecare Technology, Inc. carry?

Lifecare Technology, Inc. carries over 40,000 items from more than 500 manufacturers.  Visit our category list on the home page to see some of the products that we carry or use the Search bar to locate the product that you are looking for.

How do I create an account?

To set up an account with Lifecare Technology, Inc., please call 1-800-729-1353 to speak with one of our sales representatives.  You may also register online from our home page and our Accounting Department will contact you as soon as we receive your information. 

I have an Lifecare Technology, Inc. account, but how do I log in to the Web site?

After you have registered with our website you will have to choose a User ID and Password, this is how you will log into our site when you visit.  If you are having difficulty logging in please call our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-729-1353 from 9:00a.m.-4:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday.

What is your backorder policy?

Our backorder rate is one of the lowest in the industry.  However, we do occasionally experience out-of-stock products.  It is our policy to pay the freight on all backorders.

What is the return policy?

Products can be returned for 100% credit without any obligation if returned within 30 days of purchase.  Products returned after 30 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  LIfecare Technology will only accept products returned within six months from the date of purchase.  Additional charges may apply for products returned after 90 days from the date of purchase.  All returns must be returned in original packaging and are subject to inspection by Lifecare Technology.  No credit will be issued for products that we determine cannot be resold.  Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

Each return should include a return authorization number.  Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-729-1353 to obtain a return authorization number.  Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available when calling.  Lifecare Technology can send a call tag for an additional charge.  Cost of shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

How do I set up a credit account with Lifecare Technology, Inc.?

Complete the contact us information or call our Customer Service representatives and they will fax you a credit application for you to fill out and fax back to us.

What are the standard terms?

Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date after the Credit Application has been approved.

What are the payment options?

Visa and Mastercard.  Personal checks only with approved Credit Application.

Is contract pricing available?
